Derwent academy canvases are made from 100% cotton with a medium texture.

• The canvas has been triple primed and can be used with or without an additional layer of primer, depending on the artist's preference.
• The colour of the canvas is pure white, providing a cleaner, crisper canvas.
• The canvas has been stretched with and stapled to the back of the wooden frame.
• A bag of wedges is also included, to allow for further stretching of the canvas if required.
• Derwent academy logo is embossed on the wooden frame.
